We are now looking for a Product Portfolio Manager to join our team at our new Marsden Park facility.

This Product Portfolio Manager will have a broad understanding of Product Management principles and practices and have at least 2-3 years hand on experience with proven ability to meet deadlines..


Whilst achieving ActronAir’s overall vision you should demonstrate clear leadership and be able to effectively liaise with key stakeholders for the portfolio.

The ability to gather market insights, create road maps, implement strategic business objectives to plan develop and launch product are everyday opportunities for you as a Portfolio Manager.


We value exceptional communication and presentation skills, the ability to forge alliances with team members and to motivate and share the product journey with the wider group and company.


You will have the opportunity to travel both domestically and Internationally to meet and present to our customers and engineers to make the product portfolio responsive and adaptable to change. You will no doubt have great skills with Excel and Word and be a comfortable presenter.

The Product Portfolio Manager position requires someone with exceptional communication skills and the ability to forge strong alliances with cross functional departments and the supplier support network. Strong time management and organisational skills are essential. 


To following skills whilst not mandatory, would be an advantage:

  • Knowledge of product management principles and practices
  • Experience in project management
  • HVAC or related Industry experience, 3+ years
  • Ability to speak, read and write Mandarin and Cantonese
